Data Deletion Instructions

How to delete your Tripo Saints account and data

You can ask us to permanently delete your Tripo Saints account and all associated personal data (profile, trips, projects, saved places, matches, and bookings) at any time.

Request deletion by email

Email support@triposaints.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my Tripo Saints data".

We will verify the request and permanently delete your data within 30 days, and confirm by email once it's done.

If you signed in with Google or Facebook

  1. Send the deletion email above from your Google/Facebook account's email.
  2. We remove the account record we created for you and revoke the stored login token.
  3. You can also remove Tripo Saints from your provider:
    • Google: myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party access
    • Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites

What gets deleted

Your account record, name, email, profile/cover photos, saved trips & favourites, projects, personality-match results, and booking history. Anonymous, aggregated logs that don't identify you may be retained.
